THE first training session of the 2015 rugby season took place on Thursday, January 8, at the Vryheid Rugby Club at Cecil Emmett Park.

Players arrived at the training session, ready to tackle a new year of challenges on the rugby field, under the leadership of head coach, Rich Verster, who pulled no punches, putting the players through a rigorous and disciplined exercise drill in the build up to the new season.
