Vryheid Country Club – Driving range not to be abused

Please remember that the course will be closed on Sunday, as KZN Central League will be playing league here. The driving range will, however, be open for use.

CONGRATULATIONS to all our winners this past week and thanks to all our sponsors for your continued support: NTT Toyota, Westend and KZN Body Works.

Thanks to Jaques and Jan for a lovely day on Saturday. You guys really went out of your way to treat the golfers to a good day with awesome prizes and great food. We hope to see you at the Club more in the future.

This week, Wednesday, is Sanbonani Security, Friday – Vryheid Meat Masters and Saturday is Karnallie’s annual Golf Day – get those names on the list.

We have opened our Driving Range and have had an overwhelming response from members and the general public alike. However, as with all facilities you get those that come and fool around and make life difficult for everyone.

There were a group of youngsters on Saturday who took it upon themselves to see how many balls they could hit into the surrounding houses. People, these facilities are to be used for the sole purpose of improving your game and not for ‘silly buggers’! There are clearly demarcated boards that show where you are to hit the balls.

Should you be found abusing these facilities you will be banned from the Club facilities immediately.

Please remember that the course will be closed on Sunday, as KZN Central League will be playing league here. The driving range will, however, be open for use.
