It’s not every day that young soccer players get a coaching session with a national football manager, so it was a treat for the players of Royal Hearts to welcome Allan Freese to their training sessions last week.

Mr Freese is a retired soccer player and is currently the Manager of Premier Soccer League club Platinum Stars.He was raised in Estcourt and when he is spending time at home, he enjoys passing on his knowledge of the sport to the young team.The players were put through their paces with demanding exercises, passes and teamwork; but thoroughly enjoyed it.
