Last Saturday a club sponsored BBBS competition was played. Nick Rodgers was a welcome visitor. Gordon Smith and Peter Wood were the winners with a score of 48 points.

Gordon Cross and Dave Phillips took second place with 47 points whilst 46 points gave third place to Arnold and Gail Boettiger.

Phiwe Mabaso was closest to the pin on number three and there were no two clubs. The jackpot was shared by two groups who kindly donated their winnings to fundraising.

The Wednesday comp was not played due to lack of players and the Friday nine hole comp winner was Bunn Haman with a commendable score of 22 points.

Today, (Wednesday, June 3) will be a BBBS comp and then on Saturday, June 6 the  sponsored Monthly Mug combined with the Ind Stab comps.

Please diarise Saturday, June 13 for the Sanlam Cancer Challenge and the following Saturday, June 20 for the Gerry’s Motors Four Ball Alliance competition.
