Sentraal gore Mighty Buffalos

Credit must go to the team of Mighty Buffalos as they never gave up and fought to the end.

Sentraal rugby team, sponsored by T-Shirts for Africa, is still on a roll and on Saturday thumped the Mighty Buffalos 88 – 5.
Sentraal ran into a 31 – 5 lead at halftime and although it might seem as the game was one-way traffic, credit must go to the team of Mighty Buffalos as they never gave up and fought to the end.
For Sentraal tries were scored by Charles Dube (2); Dolf Redelinghuis (2); Vumo Ntombela (2); Eugene Corbitt (2); Tsapelo Nkoto (2) and Tyron Terry, Henk Booysen, Wiaan de Bruin and Chris Engelbrecht one each. Pierre Booysen converted five and Charles Dube four.
Sentraal will play Ladysmith United this weekend at home, either Friday night at 7pm, or on Saturday at 3:30pm. Watch the Courier’s website for updates.
