Phiwe’s ‘milestone’ competition this Saturday

The format is a BBBS with a shotgun start at 11am sharp as a big field is expected

Last Saturday a fair size field played a club sponsored BBBS competition. Winners on 48 points were the father and son team of Melton and Tuppy Schiever.

In second place on 46 points were the ladies Charline Vlok and Gina Hamman. A 45 point c/o placed Eijvind Vlok and Bunn Hamman in third spot. Luke Schiever was closest to the pin on number three and Melton and Wilfie Laatz had two-clubs on numbers three and 16 respectively.

Melton and Tuppy also won the jackpot with 11 points. The comp last Wednesday was won by Rishi and Sam on 47 with second place going to Eijvind and Wilson on 44. The Friday nine hole comp was won by Ram Ramwater with a score of 18.

Today, (Wednesday, June 24) will be a club sponsored BBBS comp and then on this Saturday, June 27 will be the ‘Milestone’ comp to celebrate Phiwe Mabaso’s 60th birthday. Happy birthday Phiwe!
