Last Saturday, June 27 a BBBS competition was played sponsored by Phiwe Mabaso to celebrate his 60th ‘milestone’.
Visitors Melinda Morgan and Jhonay Dawbrey were welcomed.

Winners on a commendable 50 points were Viren Omardath and Deejay Ramdhav. Second place on 46 points went to Ajeesh Lalparsad and Harry Koovarjee whilst a 45 point countout placed Wilson Sibiya and Roy Ramkasoon in third spot with fourth place going to Arnold Boetiger and Hansie Moolman.

Justin Boetiger and Hansie were closest to the pins on numbers three and 16 respectively. The longest drive on number 18 was won by Lional Laatz. Viren had the only two club on number 12 and he and Deejay won the jackpot with a score of 13 points.

A big thank you to Phiwe and Moeki Ghasitha for their efforts in making a successful day of golf followed by a super meal afterwards. There was no official Wednesday comp and the Friday nine hole comp was won by Bonnie Maseko with a score of 19.
