Gail Boettiger does it again – two mugs this year

Well done Gail for winning and flying the flag for ladies golf

Last Saturday, July 4 the Lalparsad Attorneys Inc.Monthly Mug combined with the Ind Stab comps were played. Winner of both comps was again Gail Boettiger this time after a count out from Fred Vickers both shooting a nett 68 and making 40 stab points.

Well done Gail for winning and flying the flag for ladies golf! Gail previously won the May Mug. Also thank you to our sponsor.

Fred thus took second place with third place going to Wilfie Laatz who had a 69 nett and had 39 points. Fred was closest to the pin on number two after two shots and Jackson Fick closest to pin number three off the tee.

However the two-clubs went to Vaughan Ric Hansen on number three and Deejay Ramdhav on number seven. 10 points won the jackpot prize for Melton Schiever. The Wednesday golf comp was won by Melton and Vino Haribhai with a score of 48 points on a count out from Gina Hamman and Charline Vlok.

The Friday nine hole comp was won by Ram Ramwater carding 22 points. Today, Wednesday, July 8, and on Saturday, July 11 will be BBBS competitions. Please diarise and enter on Saturday, July 18 when a Four Ball Alliance comp with two scores to count and scrambled drive will be sponsored by Gerry’s Motors and Estcourt Wagon Works.
