THIS past weekend was wet and cold with temperatures plummeting and most athletes were more than likely indoors.
Women’s Day is on August 9 and Mtunzini is hosting their annual bush challenge. Members from VAC have entered to take part in this most enjoyable race.
There are only three weeks left before the VAC and Meatmasters Mountain Challenge race at Bloemveld dam and what an amazing event this is. Get your online entries in early and then half the battle is won as you now have a commitment to go ahead. There is an event for each and everyone in the family. The one day event on August 15 is an MTB challenge of 10 and 21km. There is a trail run/walk of 5; 10 and 21km. The two day stage MTB is 70 and 90km on August 15 and 16. This event promises to be a great race with good prizes so get going, enter and commit. The closing date for pre-entries is August 5.
