Vryheid Squash Club – Boots win Winter League
By the time this report reaches the press, the Blitz Bazaar League will have started. This league will be held every Tuesday evening. Games will be played to the best of three and point-a-rally scoring to 11 points.
CONGRATULATIONS to the Boots team (Pierre van Niekerk, Devan Coetzee, Nazir Hoosen, Pieter Venter and Elaine van Rooyen) for winning the Winter League.
The final standings were as follows:
- Boots 78;
- Mittens 72;
- Thermals 70;
- Beanies 61;
- Earmuffs 60;
- Slippers 57;
- Scarves 51
- Jackets 41.
