Time to get fit for Night Race

It’s a good time for everyone to get fit, as our annual Night Race is a month away on October 3, accommodating all kinds of runners as well as walkers

Just a reminder that the LAC Goodwill Dladla Incentive League and Monthly Time Trial Trophy starts this week.

Well done to all our runners who completed the Mandela Marathon on August 30.

Race results:

42.2km: 2:55 – B Zwane, 3:25 – E Mbatha.

21.1km: 2:04 – C Logan, 2:04 – P Dyson, 2:14 – J du Plessis, 2:30 – W Msomi, 2:48 – T Mtambo (female).

It’s very nice to see all the new faces at the time trials.

4km walkers: 45:45 – E vd Berg, 45:45 – D Gouws.

4km: 27:49 – C vd Berg, 28:37 – T Mtambo, 28:37 – Z Biyela.

6km: 22:14 – S Ndaba, 22:34 – M Lembete, 25:01 – E Mbatha, 25:42 – A Ndebele, 26:02 – N Hlubi, 26:34 – S Hlubi, 26:35 – L Sibiya, 27:53 – J Oberholzer, 31:31 – Bongani N, 31:31 – C Mkhwanazi, 39:04 – W Msomi.
