Dundee Angling Club Winter Games

Cyprian Mdunge won the pooled prize with the biggest carp of the day. 1,319 kg.

On Saturday the June 10, the annual Winter Games contest was fished at D and E zones, Chelmsford Dam, between seven clubs.
Conditions were good and Dundee got fourth place. Results were as follows:
Kingfishers A – 81 point follows: Newcastle – 69 points, Vryheid – 65 points, Dundee – 64 points, Iscor – 53 points, Kingfishers B – 52 points and Pietermaritzburg – 49 points.
Our June monthly competition was held at the zones on Sunday, June 4.
Andre Theron won first place with three fish weighing 2,589 kg – 53.89 points;
Cyprian Mdunge, won second place with three fish weighing 2,304 kg – 53.05 points.
Vishal Dookhi, won third with one fish weighing 1,304 kg – 23.04 points.
A total of seven fish were caught a with total weight of 6,198 kg.
