All dressed in pink for Park Run in Ladysmith
From the young to the old, all ages converge on the 5km course
This past weekend’s Ladysmith Park Run saw something a bit different, with men, women, boys and girls dressing up in pink in support of Women’s Day and Women’s Month.
The Park Run is growing from strength to strength, with runners and walkers taking part every Saturday morning.

It was highly amusing to see men running in pink, some with wacky hair and even tiaras and takkies!
