Sporting fun at the Mayoral Cup
More than 2000 athletes from all around AbaQulusi formed part of this year's Mayoral Cup.
ABAQULUSI Municipality hosted the Mayoral Cup Games this past Saturday at Cecil Emmett.
More than 2000 athletes from all around AbaQulusi formed part of this years games, which were a blend of athletics and indigenous games.
The event was a fun-filled one for everyone as even members of council took to the soccer field to show off a move or two in a soccer match between the AbaQulusi councillors and Bhekuzulu Old Timers.
AbaQulusi municipality would like to congratulate all the players who did well and will be heading down to Ulundi to take part in the district games.
