Eric Ndwandwe wins Estcourt Open 2017
The main event of the weekend was the Estcourt Open on Sunday. 36 holes were played in perfect weather by a field of 50 golfers
Estcourt Golf Club hosted its annual Estcourt Open this past weekend with main sponsor Eskort Limited ensuring a most enjoyable and successful weekend of golf for all golfers. A huge thank you to Wynand Nel and Jolene Bouwer for all the effort that went into the sponsorship of this event.
The main event of the weekend was the Estcourt Open on Sunday. 36 holes were played in perfect weather by a field of 50 golfers.
Winning with an impressive 143 gross score was Mr Eric Ndwandwe, second went to Mr T Livesey on 145, third was Mr J Kamte on 145, fourth went to Mr S Kunene and Mr G Dickinsin claimed fifth spot on 146.

The B division results were as follows: Winning on 156 was Mr Eric Mgadi, second went to Mr D Diedrick on 160, third spot was Mr R Jackson, fourth went to Mr M Khumalo and fifth on 162 was Mr R Goodoon.
The overall Nett Competition results: winning on 135 Mr S Kunene, second went to Mr R Goodoon on 138, third went to Mr J Molefe, fourth on 140 was Mr N Trodd and finally in fifth was Mr D Diedrick on 140.
On Friday, the club hosted a four ball format with three scores to count. Winners on the day were: D Diedrick, D McFie, H Kooverjee and C Sass on 130 points. The Saturday competition was a betterball. Winning on 45 points were F Vickers and P Geraty, second also on 45 points were W Laatz and B Hall and third spot went to N Rajcoomar and S Mothilal.
Thank you to each and every golfer who played over the weekend, Eskort Limited and the Open Committee for organising and running the three day event.
