SPORT: Golfers undeterred by waterlogged course – (GALLERY)
The first nine holes were playable. However, the rest of the course was waterlogged and out of bounds.
While most of the greens at Newcastle Golf Club remained rained out after heavy downpours, avid golfers still managed to get in a few holes once the rain stopped.
