Every year the Umtshezi Cricket Association hosts a season ending T10 Round Robin Tournament. This year the association will be capping off the 2017/8 season from April 12 to 15 and is to be held at the Lambert Park.

The exciting “one of a kind” tournament would love to have all its fans present to cheer them on and see who takes the title. Teams will compete against each other in a round robin phase with the top four teams on the log moving onto the semi-finals.

This year’s tournament will be contested by six teams – Aster, Colita, Farhaan Aluminium, Farhaan Hardware, Macksons and a developmental side from Wembezi. The tournament will comprise of a total of 18 games.

On Sunday, two semi-finals will be played and the winners of these games will go head to head in the final, which is scheduled for 1.30pm on the day.

Thereafter the highlight of the season is the Umtshezi Cricket Association annual awards presentation.
You are welcome to come out and show your support at this and fun live tournament.

Pack those picnic baskets, dust off your braai stands and make your way to Lambert Park. Spectators can also expect raffles, with great prizes up for grabs, and prizes will be issues for crowd catches.
