Estcourt golfers tee off at Maverick Skaap Dag

Gail Boettiger won the closest to the pin on the seventh hole, nearly claiming a hole in one but walked away with a tap in birdie

On Saturday, Estcourt Golf Club hosted its monthly Skaap Dag, this time sponsored by seven members, more commonly known as The Mavericks.

Deejay Ramdhav tees off.

Winning on 51 points were Viren Omardath and Roy Ramkasoon. Second place went to husband and wife team, Arnold and Gail Boettiger on 49 points.

George van Niekerk and Philip Boshoff came in third spot on 47 points.

Kamy Baboolal, Rajen Goodoon, Mayur Baboolal and Deejay Ramdhav shortly before teeing off on Saturday.
