Taking on the Youth and Spar Ladies’ run
Ignoring the drizzle coming down, the runners managed to keep themselves focused on taking it lap by lap around the ground
The Youth and Spar Ladies’ run took place on Saturday morning at Settlers Park.
The weather conditions did little to dampen the spirits of the runners, with the participants waking up early on the day and coming out to the ground to tackle the challenge.
Due to the rain, the organisers decided to keep the race off the road and instead have the ladies run at Settlers Park.

Water in bottles and not from the sky above was handed out to keep them hydrated.
The day was enjoyed by all, with everyone receiving medals for taking part in the event.
