Organisers of the competition explained the pub hosted speed pool (speedball) competitions on Tuesday nights, and dedicated Thursdays to singles and doubles competition.
Another round of pool action concluded last Thursday at Melo’s Pub & Grill.
Organisers of the competition explained the pub hosted speed pool (speedball) competitions on Tuesday nights, and dedicated Thursdays to singles and doubles competition.
Entrants paid a R20 fee to join the action.

“The winner receives a large pizza and the majority of the pot, while second and third each get a smaller share of the money.”
Melo’s also included weekly and spot prizes when available.
Congratulations to Bernice Liebenberg, who bested all comers during the preliminary rounds and went on to claim ultimate victory.
The rest were invited to try again this Thursday.
