Tiaan Steynvaart and Brian Penniston from Estcourt will be flying the local rugby flag high when they tour Ireland.

The pair who plays their rugby for the Drakensberg Rugby Club in Winterton have been selected to tour Ireland and departed on September 18.

Both lads have shown their prowess on the field, which has resulted in their team winning the Bozas Cup first division tournament, the MRSU League and Knock Out Cup.

The club also qualified for the Finly Cup, during which they won their game at Kings Park Stadium.
