Running in the ‘park’ for the 100th time in Ladysmith

People also brought along their dogs to enjoy some morning exercise

Young and old took part in the Park Run on Saturday morning (October 6) at Ladysmith Country Club.

Being the 100th run, the participants celebrated two years of Saturday workouts.

Hundreds of people got together and enjoyed the fresh morning air as they ran / walked 5km.

Mothers brought along their babies in prams and joined in the action as they took a casual stroll around the scenic route.

People also brought along their dogs to enjoy some exercise.

At the finish line, each runner was applauded for their efforts.

The run is open to everyone, is safe and easy to take part in. So if you’re interested, then head to Ladysmith Country Club and enjoy the Park Run every Saturday morning at 8am!
