Bergville sergeant does Uthukela cluster proud

She was placed second in country for Jiujitv and was nominated the most improved female in kick boxing

Sergeant Madeline de Wet of the Bergville South African Police Service (SAPS) attended the SAPS National Martial Arts Tournament, which took place in Langebaaan recently.

The event was attended by over 200 participants and the competition was stiff.

The sergeant participated in two disciplines namely jiujitv (which is similar to wrestling) and kick boxing.
She earned silver medals in both the disciplines.
