It’s hard to believe that yet another year is coming to an end…it feels like just yesterday that the club welcomed in 2018.
This past Saturday the Club hosted its annual Toy Run. Fifteen members came down to the Club, each member bringing along a toy or two which will be handed out to the children at Dundee Hospital and the Crisis Centre.

Greg will confirm the date as to we the toys will be handed out so an appeal is being made to the members to join in and spread some Christmas cheer to those who need it most.
Another fun event was the Challenge Night which was held last Thursday evening. Great fun was had by all with lots of laughter ringing out across the green. A number of challenges went down that evening but the ones to watch were “Pa en Seun” vs “Regular Oke en ‘n Bierbaum” and Langfontein vs BB Transport. “Regular Oke en ‘n Bierbaum AKA Des and Jacques took the bragging rights, beating “Pa en Seun” AKA Louis and Morné 12-11. Langfontein took the win against BB Transport, putting a long-standing rivalry to rest!

As 2018 draws to a close, the Club would like to wish its members, their friends and families a blessed Christmas and a prosperous 2019. See you all again in the New Year.
