Plenty of stick at bowls club
A total of 10 teams entered and two games of 10 ends were played. The atmosphere was great and the weather even better!
The Dundee High School hockey teams hosted an afternoon of bowls on Saturday afternoon in an effort to raise funds for their hockey tour which takes place this coming school holiday.
A total of 10 teams entered and two games of 10 ends were played. The atmosphere was great and the weather even better!
The scores were tallied after the two games were completed and in the end, the “stone” went to the team that so kindly filled in. Third place went to the Rotary team, second place was the Buffalo Coal team and quite fittingly, first place went to the Dundee High School team.
Congratulations to all on hosting a wonderful afternoon of bowls.
Inter-districts
The teams representing the KZNCB District all arrived at their venues safely this past weekend and the Club wishes them well for the remainder of the tournament.
