Bright future for local wrestler
Carlos adds the secret to his success is being highly motivated and determined.
Cougars Wrestling Club member, Carlos Giammello has returned home a wrestling medal richer.
He participated in the South African Wrestling Federation Presidents Championship, held in March in Bellville, Cape Town, alongside coach, Danie de Wet.
For his efforts, Carlos received a silver medal.
De Wet says he is extremely overjoyed with Carlos’s achievement in the open freestyle section, and sees a bright future ahead for this young and budding wrestler.
