St Dominics tees off at golf day –
A field of 88 participants played a round at the annual St Dominics Newcastle Golf Day on Saturday (April 23).
Following the two-ball better ball format, golfers teed off in pursuit of numerous prizes including staycations, golfing equipment, vouchers, accessories and even a sheep.
Our golf day was a great success, and we are grateful to every sponsor and player that joined us on the day,” said St Dominics Newcastle’s Executive Head, Chad Moses.
He confirmed that funds collected through the golf day would be allocated towards the school’s growing sporting program.
Spunita Morgenrood and Ebert Koorts claimed the winner’s prizes on 52 points. Second place went to the team of Louis and Ethan Kruger (50 points).
