The Residents Associations of Blackheath, Cresta, Darrenwood, Kelland Windsor East, Windsor West that make up sector 4, are invited to a vital sector 4 sub-forum meeting. It is in the interests of all residents of this sector to have representation at this forum to ensure that constitutional rights are upheld and for legal, official engagement with the Sector 4 Policing of Linden SAPS.  This structure is not in place in sector 4 and needs all of our urgent attention.
