Voucher scheme launch in Ferndale

Revolutionary concept of helping the homeless will be launched by Johannesburg Organisation of Services to the Homeless (Josh), Ward 104 councillor Mike Wood and Ward 102 councillor David Potter at Randburg Methodist Church, corner Grove St and Bram Fischer Dr, Ferndale. 10.30am to 11.30 am.
