Randburg Square Urban Art and Food Fair

RANDBURG – Amazing displays of graffiti art delight visitors at the Randburg Square fair.

Randburg Square recently hosted the Urban Art and Food fair from 18 – 31 July 2016.

The fair showcased 10 urban artist’s performing live graffiti in the centre as well as an urban hip-hop dance crew, Labelle Productions and Entertainment, on 30 July.

The food category tenants gave away free samples of their latest dishes including mini burgers from Chesa Nyama, mini hotdogs from Sausage Saloon and biltong treats from Delicious Biltong.

The winner of the art competition, Steven Goncalves –Monkey Madness, was decided by customers on the Randburg Square Facebook page and won R10 000 cash.

Marketing manager of Randburg Square, Dean Campbell said, “The idea here was to bring our customers something brand new in terms of shopping centre events with a topical theme that they could relate to such as Urban Art and Music.”
