‘Big Brother Africa’ finds suitable venue

FERNDALE - The much anticipated popular show, Big Brother Africa is scheduled to start airing in October this year

Big Brother Africa fans will be delighted to know that the popular show has found a new home.

Fans across the world were left disappointed, following the devastating fire that burned down the Big Brother Africa house at the Sasani studios on 2 September.

M-net and Endemol announced in a statement that they have found a suitable venue for the much-anticipated show, and will start in October this year. However, the venue has still not been confirmed.

Big Bother Africa was scheduled to start on 7 September at 7pm on DSTV.

“A multitude of factors have had to be considered including the complex technical requirements, logistics, technical crews and satellite link facilities which have all formed part of the challenge. However, M-Net is delighted to assure all its Big Brother fans that their favourite reality show will launch soon and thanks fans from across the continent for their support during the last two days,” Mnet and Endemol said in a statement.

The cause of the fire is still unknown.
