Two injured in Jukskei Park crash
JUKSKEI PARK – Two people were injured when their vehicle crashed into a tree on Robyn Street.
Two people were seriously injured in an accident on Robyn Street, Jukskei Park, on 2 February.
Netcare spokesperson Santi Steinman explained that the incident occurred at around 11.30pm.

“Netcare 911 paramedics, its rescue units and other services arrived at the scene and found crumpled remains of a motor vehicle lodged against a tree,” Steinman said.
“It is believed that the motor vehicle left the roadway, crashed against a wall and then crashed and lodged against a tree.”
Netcare 911’s rescue unit and City of Johannesburg Emergency Management Services (EMS) used the jaws-of-life to free the two occupants.
The occupants received medical attention. “One was found to have sustained serious injuries and the driver was found to have sustained critical injuries,” Steinman explained.
They were transported to a nearby hospital.
The cause of the accident is still unknown.
