Olivedale talks pregancy
OLIVEDALE – Pregnancy exhibition is held at Netcare Olivedale Hospital.
In celebration of Pregnancy Awareness Week, Netcare Olivedale Hospital held an exhibition between 24 and 26 February.
The hospital’s marketing officer Deborah Sieff explained that the hospital sought to empower mothers and mothers-to-be with valuable information, and give them each a bag filled with baby-orientated goodies.
“Staff from the hospital’s maternity unit, Neonatal ICU, mother and baby clinic, lactation consultants and dieticians were on hand… to answer any questions” said Sister Lindsay Donnachie, unit manager at the hospital’s maternity ward.
Sieff concluded that the exhibition was also a chance for parents to show off new additions to the family.
