Ward 98 councillor wants to meet her community

A meet-and-greet will be held outside the Randpark Ridge Spar, Randpark Drive, Randpark Ridge on 30 May from 10am to 12pm where Ward 98 councillor Laurette van Zijl will get to know her community better. “I want to do this so the community knows who I am and also so that any municipal issues that they are currently facing can also be brought to my attention,” said van Zijl.

Van Zijl expressed that she feels such initiatives are important so the community does not feel alone. “All residents are invited to come meet me even if it is just for a friendly chat,” added van Zijl.
