BeerRa hits golf club
RANDPARK - The first annual BeerRa was enjoyed by residents. Here is the lowdown of what went down...
The first annual Great Big BEERra Festival kicked off on 29 October at Randpark Golf Club and saw residents enjoying more than 30 local beer brews and ciders.
The event also offered residents a wide selection of food, and live entertainment which included music, comedy, fun and daring games.
Christ Forrest, one of the organisers, said the event was held to raise funds for the Randpark Residents Association and the money would be used for the different projects that the association embarked on. “We are also using this event so that residents can get to know each other as it is very important for neighbours to get to know each other as it helps in times of emergencies.”
