RANDPARK RIDGE – Gift bags were donated to the children of the Kingsway School and Centre of Concern thanks to a generous donation by telecommunications company Seacom.
The majority of the school’s learners come from previously disadvantaged backgrounds and had their faces filling with joy when they received their gifts.
Seacom marketing officer Natalie Correia said, “We were here today to put some smiles on the faces of Kingsway learners, and we are happy to say we achieved that. Kingsway is a school that is very dear to our hearts and we enjoy supporting it. This is our fourth time at the school over the last two years, and we hope to do more.”

A total number of 258 gift bags were donated, with each bag containing educational gifts to inspire learning and creativity in a fun way that had been organised by the company.

Correia said, “Every single child received an educational puzzle and a few other games to go with it. They each received at least two gifts.”
