The three finalists, Jamila Cassim, Anita Human and Latricia Pillay, were called to the stage at the market day. Once they made their way to the stage, they were told that they would have the opportunity to play a game of Rock, Paper, Scissors which would determine who would get to pick a key to open the Renault Kwid. The finalist who chose the car key which opened the Renault Kwid would drive away with the brand new car as well as a R10 000 grocery voucher.

Human was the overall winner of the “Rock, Paper, Scissors” game which led her to pick a key from the bowl before the other two contestants. She then proceeded to try her luck at the car to see if the key was the right fit. One turn of the key later, Human was the winner of the brand new vehicle, courtesy of Randridge Mall and Renault in Northcliff. The other contestants walked away with smaller prizes and bragging rights. The competition had over 30 000 entries, for the ultimate prize.

Human was overjoyed with her new prize and stated that she would use the vehicle to drive to work, drive her children to school and run her day-to-day errands. Human’s ticket was purchased by entering the competition with a receipt from a pair of pants she purchased with her work bonus. The competition winner definitely received more than her money’s worth with her purchase!
