Malema and Ndlozi pleaded not guilty to the charges. This is what people on Twitter had to say:
So Malema and Ndlozi are doing ups and downs to court just because they pushed a man??? Pushed as in push push? 😂😂😂😂 pic.twitter.com/01yoYy6FfG

So assault is ok if it’s perpetuated by #JuliusMalema & Mbuyiseni Ndlozi…. After all he was tryna bury Mama Winnie and no one was gona stand in his way.
The double standards on This app is shocking…. it deserves a reality show of its own.

Malema and Ndlozi have at most times pushed their demagoguery politics, to a point of openly displaying hate towards whites. Today they are in court for assaulting a white man, and are both represented by white lawyers…sheer hypocrisy

Malema and Ndlozi can be clearly seem assaulting the police officer Venter. What defence is there for such behaviour that can convince the court? I know of none.
