Trapped puppy rescued in Boskruin
It took rescue teams from three response companies to save the dog in Boskruin.
Rescue teams saved a puppy that was trapped in wire overnight in Boschkop Avenue, Boskruin.
Anita Krawczyk explained that her 16-month-old German shepherd Mila had been caught behind a palm shrub between a property wall and the greenery, with her leg stuck in the wire of an irrigation system.

“She [Mila] got out on Wednesday evening and was rescued on Thursday morning, not sure how long she was stuck there,” Krawczyk said.
“Three rescue groups were on the scene. The CSS guys had to cut to free her.”
The rescue groups on scene were Community Support Services, ER24 and Fire Ops SA.
