Christian Revival Church celebrates police women

Christian Revival Church is also involved in community projects with the CPFs and other community stake holders

Christian Revival Church (CRC) in Kya Sand held a Spring Tea in celebration of women and to show appreciation for the work they do for the community.

Women from the Douglasdale Police Station, CPFs and other stakeholders in Kya Sand gathered at the church for morning treats.

Keshia van Rooyen of the CRC said, “We find it important to honour those who do great work. In our hearts, we wanted to acknowledge and uplift the women in the police service.”

The church has partnered with the police station and CPFs in various projects in Kya Sand.

“We have been working very close together but today we celebrated that partnership. The goal though was to just celebrate the ladies and make them feel that they are significant, important, and recognised.”

She added that the event was a great success and the ladies enjoyed their time together. “we are very grateful to the members who made it possible the event was a massive success.”
