Ferndale Ridge Residents Group wishes residents happy holidays

Ferndale Ridge Residents Group wishes all residents a joyous and safe holiday season and hopes for better days in the coming year

Chairman of the Ferndale Ridge Residents Group Pierre van Wyk explained that, as always, his best moments for 2023 included the sense of community that they have formed in the area.

“People look out for each other, helping with problems or sharing information. During power or water outages there are always those who will share when they still have power or water (i.e. borehole) available.”

Ferndale Ridge Residents, like any other suburbs in Randburg, faced a 2023 with numerous service delivery problems.

“There is a lack of service delivery from the City of Johannesburg. Each year it just seems to get worse and currently, the unreliable load-shedding schedules are being run by City Power.”

He wished everyone in Ferndale Ridge and all other suburbs a wonderful, happy, and festive holiday together with their family and friends.

“It’s been a tough year – enjoy some time to relax and de-stress.”
