Top achiever Jan-Rudolf Brittz led the top three with a remarkable 11 distinctions. Three other learners followed with 9 distinctions each, and five others with 8 distinctions each.

Lisha Obelholzer, who achieved 9 distinctions, advised the matric Class of 2025 not to overwork themselves. “I am happy with my results, and I am excited about the journey ahead. To the coming Class of 2025, take breaks, rest up, and get enough sleep. Do not do all night studying. People think it a good idea, but it is not.”

Brittz explained that he is happy and relieved by finally receiving his results. He continued to thank all the teachers for all the hard work they put in throughout the year.
