From wellness and safety to empowerment and education, each partner played a vital role in creating a space of dignity, connection, and transformation.

Freda Boiles of the Douglasdale CPF explained that this powerful gathering brought together the heart of the community and a coalition of stakeholders committed to uplifting, informing, and serving women and families.

“Community members engaged in meaningful dialogue, through asking questions, accessing on-site services, and celebrated the resilience and brilliance of women across generations.”

She added that the atmosphere was charged with purpose, joy, and unity. “It is reminding us that when we collaborate across sectors, we build not just events, but legacies.”
