Jackal Creek launches boxing with African bantamweight champion

Bantamweight inter-continental champion to give a free boxing class in Honeydew.

Boxing is coming to Jackal Creek Gym and the first class is free.

Better yet, this session in Honeydew on March 2 is with World Boxing Association inter-continental bantamweight champion, Tshifhiwa ‘The Atomic Spider’ Munyai.

“Coach Munyai is not only a skilled boxer but also a humble and dedicated teacher, passionate about sharing his knowledge and helping others achieve their fitness goals,” said event organiser Corné van Zyl.

“Our Boxfit classes are designed to provide a full-body workout that combines elements of boxing, cardio, and strength training. Whether you’re a beginner or an experienced boxer, our classes will challenge you and leave you feeling invigorated and empowered.”

He said boxing was also an excellent stress reliever and helped build self-confidence.

The event starts at 18:00 and participants should bring water, a sweat towel, and gloves if they have any.
