In particular, Klay and Co hosts art classes almost every day and night for all age groups.

You do not have to be a Michaelangelo to enjoy a class like this. The teachers Gerda Smit and Evette Kruger suggest that each beginner starts off with a basic medium (pencil drawing) and gradually builds to pastels, then to colour and finally to painting.

The classes explore all types of mediums from cement, clay, paint, wood or even glass. The children classes begin with a free-style session where they go creatively crazy. Thereafter, they begin with problem solving and the formulating of ideas for an art piece. Evette Kruger josts the pottery classes – her speciality is teapots of all different shapes and sizes. Klay and Co offers a wide variety of classes, including team buildings, to whet anyone’s’ appetite.
