Orchestra hosts picnic variety performance
BLAIRGOWRIE – Under the baton of Carel Henn, the full orchestra will perform Concertos by Mozart, Mendelssohn and Vivaldi, with soloists Annie Chang, Daniel Spies and Marilize Diedericks.
The Rand Symphony Orchestra will host a picnic variety performance on October 24 on the lush green lawn of Domus Dei Randburg-Suid
Bring your picnic basket and blanket and join them for a variety performance, outdoors.
Under the baton of Carel Henn, the full orchestra will perform Concertos by Mozart, Mendelssohn and Vivaldi, with soloists Annie Chang, Daniel Spies and Marilize Diedericks.
The orchestra will also perform a variety of works by Beethoven, Elgar, Brahms, Strauss and Dvorak. Chairs will be available if seating is required.
The event takes place on October 24 at 15:30 at 30 Jean Road, Blairgowrie.
Tickets cost R180 for adults, R150 for pensioners, R120 for students, while children under 12 are free.
