Carols by Candlelight at Garden World

The NG Weltevreden Church Choir under the guidance of Christo Bezuidenhout will entertain the public with traditional Christmas Carols where you will be invited to participate in this beautiful annual celebration in song.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

The artists that will perform includes Linda Killian, Bruwer Malan, Rian Swanepoel, Heuning, Gert Koevert and a special performance by Manie Jackson.

 

Come and meet Hilda Cronje, Je-ani Swiegelaar, Desiré Gardner and Kim Cloete, from KykNet’s Favourite Soapie Binnelanders, where they will together with our MC’s David Louw and Derrich Gardner entertain you.

 

 

Picturesque Garden World in Muldersdrift, especially decorated with Christmas lights for the occasion, has hosted this annual charity event for many years. This year all donations & gifts received will benefit the Theatre Benevolent fund/ Teater Bystandfonds.

The TBF serves all professions within in the Performing Arts , working in any profession” within every discipline in the performing arts” as well as supporting their legal dependants in need. The TBF is a registered PBO,with 18 A tax certification and is completely self funded. All donations are directly utilised to support especially the aged, destitute people in our community.

This is an evening for the whole family & you are invited to bring your own picnic basket. While entrance is free to this joyful occasion, you are requested to support this worthy cause with a minimum donation of R20 per person and or food hampers for those in need. Candles & Carol sheets will be made available on the evening & your donation for same will also be much appreciated.

Food Stalls will remain open for refreshments throughout the evening & the Christmas Craft Market for those ‘special gifts’ will also be open until 21h00 on the evening.
