Glenharvie business and community join hands for Arbour Week

Tecroveer, ordinary members of the community and learners from Laerskool Glenharvie Combined School joined hands to plant trees and clean up parts of Glenharvie in celebration of Arbour Week on 6 September.

A number of trees were planted in Glenharvie and parts of the area were cleaned up, in celebration of Arbour Week on Friday, 6 September.

Tecroveer, a company that offers a variety of services to the mining industry, including sewage treatment, ordinary members of the community and learners from Laerskool Glenharvie Combined School joined hands on the day.

“The community can try to restore nature simply by caring for nature around us, watering trees and plants, caring for the environment, and recycling what we use,” said Enrico van Aswegen of Tecroveer.
