Randfontein SAPS members gather to honour fallen officers
Colleagues, family, and friends came together at the IEC Hall to pay emotional tributes to Constables Kgotso Motsamai and Thabo Motshole.
The Randfontein SAPS family gathered with relatives and friends at the IEC Hall on September 9 to remember Constables Kgotso Motsamai and Thabo Motshole.
The two officers passed away last week and earlier this week, respectively, leaving colleagues and loved ones mourning their loss.

Sergeant Thobeka Hlombe, who worked closely with Motsamai, was among those who paid tribute, speaking emotionally about their friendship and the time they spent working together.

Sergeant Oupa Chauke also remembered Motshole, describing him as a dependable colleague and friend.

Commander Lieutenant Colonel Sifiso Mabizela paid tribute to both officers, saying their loss had been deeply felt across the station.

Station commander Colonel Hazel Makhafola also offered her condolences to the families and described Motsamai and Motshole as valued members of the Randfontein SAPS family.

Many others in the law enforcement fraternity also shared their memories and tributes, celebrating the lives of the two officers and the impact they had on those around them.
