I would like to give acknowledgement to the whole team at Lombard Tyres, Greenhills Circle. I had the unfortunate experience of damaging a tyre beyond repair (our infamous potholes being the cause, of course).

The courtesy, professionalism, helpfulness and care that the whole team showed are truly heartwarming and go a whole way to restore some faith in our fellow man again.

The card machine they use was not functioning correctly, and they even went out of their way to send someone with me to draw the money as they felt the ATMs at the circle have a reputation of being unsafe.

Thank you to the entire staff for caring about your customers to the extent you do.
